Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.
Package and Post
Place your items in their original bags and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
